We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, property maintenance, and appliance repair. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance. Your expertise will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients by providing high-quality service and support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using tools such as an Ohmmeter.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various appliances and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of systems.
• Collaborate with team members to design solutions for complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all operations.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in a mechanical or technical field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb and repair various systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment, including Ohmmeters.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
