Synergy Preserve LLC has a wide range of experience when it comes to renovating and maintenance. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. 

We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Inspect systems, wiring, and equipment to find issues.
  • Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems quickly.
  • Respond to work orders and prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Ensure all work follows safety codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors when needed.
  • Provide good customer service and clear updates.
  • Have a license to work independently.

Experience

  • Experience as an electrician or electrical technician.
  • Strong knowledge of wiring, circuits, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and good at problem-solving.
