Afrin Property Solutions LLC, our sister concern of Synergy Preserve LLC, brings a wide range of experience in renovation and maintenance services. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.

On behalf of Afrin Property Solutions LLC, we are currently seeking dynamic technicians, who can represent our company to clients and customers while delivering high-quality service in the field.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take care of lawns and gardens (mowing, planting, trimming).
  • Water plants and maintain irrigation systems.
  • Check outdoor areas for problems like pests or damaged plants.
  • Use and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
  • Handle small repairs and help with garden setup if needed.
  • Respond to requests and provide good service.

Experience

  • Experience in landscaping or outdoor work.
  • Basic knowledge of plants and garden care.
  • Ability to use tools safely.
  • Able to work alone and manage time well.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Hardworking and attentive to detail.
