Afrin Property Solutions LLC, our sister concern of Synergy Preserve LLC, brings a wide range of experience in renovation and maintenance services. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.

On behalf of Afrin Property Solutions LLC, we are currently seeking dynamic technicians in the Big Chimney, WV area who can represent our company to clients and customers while delivering high-quality service in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Inspect systems, wiring, and equipment to find issues.
  • Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems quickly.
  • Respond to work orders and prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Ensure all work follows safety codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors when needed.
  • Provide good customer service and clear updates.

Experience

  • Experience as an electrician or electrical technician.
  • Strong knowledge of wiring, circuits, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and good at problem-solving.
