We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field.

Overview
We are seeking reliable, self-motivated Janitorial Technicians to handle routine cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple properties. This is ideal for individuals looking for consistent, flexible work.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors (hard surfaces and carpets)
• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, partitions)
• Maintain breakrooms (counters, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators)
• Dust surfaces, furniture, vents, and fixtures
• Clean glass, entrances, and interior windowsills
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Refill soap, paper products, and other supplies
• Report maintenance or safety issues
• Follow company procedures and respond promptly to work orders

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of janitorial or cleaning experience
• Must be located in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry 35 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
• Able to work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor environments)

• Must have basic cleaning equipment/tools
• Short onboarding process required before starting
