Hexstone Property Management LLC, our sister concern of Synergy Preserve LLC, brings a wide range of experience in renovation and maintenance services. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.

On behalf of Hexstone Property Management LLC, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Master Plumber who can represent our company to clients and customers while delivering high-quality plumbing services in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or system inefficiencies.
  • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and guide junior plumbers or technicians when required.
  • Coordinate with contractors and other maintenance teams for larger projects.
  • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing situations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally.

Experience & Requirements

  • Valid Master Plumber license/certification (as required by local regulations).
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and work in various environments.
