Synergy Preserve LLC has a wide range of experience when it comes to renovating and maintenance. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. 

This position is responsible for safely installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial doors, dock equipment, and related systems while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service residential and commercial garage doors
• Troubleshoot doors, openers, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and other components
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Inspect job sites to identify installation needs, safety concerns, and repair issues. Document required repairs and installation needs.
• Perform welding and general mechanical work
• Inspect job sites and identify installation needs, safety concerns, and repair issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment
• Follow safety practices and provide quality workmanship
• Manage assigned jobs from start to finish

Experience

• Garage door service and repair experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders
• Strong attention to safety and quality
